EvoSanitary® 1/2 Water Pressure Reducing Valve with Filter, Pressure Gauge Connection and Fine Adjustment
The EvoSanitary® water pressure reducing valve with filter and fine adjustment is designed to reduce and stabilise water pressure to an optimal, controlled level in closed circuits and technical heating installations. Used in heating systems and process installations, it maintains constant pressure and protects equipment, fittings and pipework against sudden fluctuations and overpressure, preventing damage, system noise and the risk of flooding. It also features a dedicated 1/4" F connection for fitting a pressure gauge, allowing direct checking and monitoring of system pressure.

• Fine pressure adjustment and stabilisation: Allows precise adjustment of outlet pressure within the 1–4 bar range to suit system requirements, maintaining stable pressure even with large inlet pressure variations.
• High sensitivity: Ensures a rapid response to system fluctuations thanks to an operating sensitivity of 0,05 bar.
• Built-in mechanical filtration: An integrated filter screen (filter cartridge) traps solid impurities in the fluid before they reach the internal regulating mechanisms or system components.
• Backflow protection (check valve): The non-return flap built into the body prevents fluid from flowing back from the installation into the supply circuit.
• Integrated manual shut-off valve: Allows the supply to be quickly shut off or isolated directly at the base of the pressure reducing valve, facilitating technical work and adjustments.
• Easy cartridge cleaning and maintenance: For periodic checks, the filter cartridge is easily removed after unscrewing the top cover, cleaned under running water and refitted without fully dismantling the valve body.
• Technical operating parameters: Withstands a maximum inlet pressure of up to 16 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 100 °C, and allows a maximum flow rate of 1,8 m³/h.
