Description:
Welding protection helmet with adjustable optoelectronic filter and EvoTools® headgear
Efficient protection and optimal control for precise work.
The ROSE welding helmet is designed for welders who want reliable safety, practical functionality and easy-to-use adjustments. Equipped with an adjustable optoelectronic filter and a comfortable headgear system, this helmet provides constant protection against UV/IR radiation and clear visibility during welding operations.
Thanks to the auto-darkening technology and the external DIN shade control, the helmet allows quick adaptation to different welding processes, offering both protection and comfort in use.

The most important aspect of any helmet is how well it protects your eyes. This is where the optical class comes in. It is a European standard (EN 379) indicated by 4 digits, for example: 1/1/1/2.
-First digit (optical accuracy): How clearly you see. 1 is perfect, 3 is poor.
-Second digit (light diffusion): How clean the material is. 1 is best.
-Third digit (homogeneity): Whether the darkening is uniform across the whole screen. 1 is ideal.
-Fourth digit (angular dependence): Whether the image stays clear when you look at an angle. 1 is best, 2 is acceptable.
A 1/1/1/2 helmet is excellent for most jobs, including MIG-MAG welding. For fine welding, such as work with TIG/WIG filler materials, a higher optical class makes the difference.
The shade level of the welding helmet (measured in DIN) protects the eyes from UV/IR radiation.
Guide to selecting the DIN level:
Welding method Recommended DIN level Sensitivity Delay (Delay)
MMA (electrode) 10-14 Medium–high Medium–long
MIG/MAG 9-13 Medium Short–medium
TIG (high amperage) 9-13 High Long
TIG (low amperage) 8-12 Very high Long
Grinding (Grind) 3-4 Deactivated Deactivated
